How to lose weight

I know losing weight is not easy. I've tried so many exercise techniques, bought exercise equipment, sweat all out for an hour in the morning and an hour at night. Tried all veggies, fruits and fish diet. But it seems my weight number doesn't go down a little. It remains the same. Although I feel light and I think that some of my old clothes that I used to stash in the closet before because it doesn't fit anymore, now I can finally wear.

But being paranoid that I am I think my weight loss is just my imagination. No one notices the change in my weight. And I am not 100% convinced that I am indeed losing weight not unless the weighing scale says so.

Now after trying every hunger inducing diet, finally I have unveiled the effective half kilo a day losing weight. That's .5 kg./day or 3.5kg/week.

But first of all the most important thing to remember in this diet is discipline. You have to convince yourself that you really want to lose weight and stop the food cravings, stop eating at fast food outlets, stop drinking colored and sweet drinks, stop drinking that sweet coffee at the cafe, stop eating donuts...and the list goes on and on. In short, stop eating sweets, processed food, and any food you know is bad for your diet.

STOP eating food rich in carbohydrates. Pasta and white rice because it converts to sugar. And you know what happens to your body if you consume too much sugar...it makes you FAT it makes you OBESE. And obesity leads to all adult diseases. I have not been eating rice for nearly 2 months now and I survive, I no longer crave for rice.

Remember to have high protein, high fiber, low sodium or no sodium diet. Always remember this and you will be fine. Why low sodium or no sodium diet? Because salt retains water in your body. Remember why we need to exercise and sweat all the fats? So we can secrete the water and toxins out of our body. If you have too much salt in your body and you drink plenty of fluid just imagine you're stocking up water in your body and it adds up to your weight. To help flush out that water and toxins out of your body try a 20-min exercise a day. Be it jogging in place, jumping rope, disc trimmer, jogging at the track oval, or mixed whatever. Just make it a habit to exercise everyday. Before you sleep try to make a full min.planking in your bed for starters. Then as your bones get stronger everyday make it 3-5sets planking per night.

Now, getting rid of .4kg -.5kg a day. This is how I get the result I want. You may try or you may not it's up to you. But this is the secret I have discovered that is very effective for me.

For breakfast, I eat a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and green tea. This makes me going for hours I don't get hungry.

For lunch, I prepare my banana-apple-whole wheat oats smoothie. That's 1med size apples, 2med size bananas, and 100g uncooked whole wheat oats. And 400g of protein shake. Mixed altogether in a blender. I use Oster brand as my personal smoothie maker. For the protein shake I use herbalife formula 1 vanilla flavor. I don't usually consume the whole bottle in one sitting because it makes me full easily. I put it in the fridge to cool and when I get hungry in the middle of the day that becomes my snack.

Of course at 2 or 3pm you will crave for solid food. I know the feeling. Because we are used to eating solid food. But don't worry you may eat 4slices of buttered whole wheat bread and 2brown eggs. I like hot sauce and not ketchup for my eggs. I use sriracha if you want it spicy and tasty. It satisfies my hunger. Plus green tea of course as my drink.

For dinner, you can eat a piece of banana and a slice of whole wheat bread and peanut butter. And you can finish your smoothie if you haven't consumed all of it. Sleep early or until 10pm the latest because the more you stay up late it makes you hungry and it invites food cravings. Which we are avoiding. Oh and before you sleep drink 2hot glasses of biofit tea so in the morning you can lose all the food intake and toxins out for a cleaner and empty stomach.

When you do this strictly even for just a day you will see fast and easy result. A .5kg/day weight loss.
